This session should probably sound worse than it does, considering that after a sleepless night, and cycling to Tom's, I was completely wiped out all day, later discovering that I had earlier contracted Covid!
While Tom felt fine (testing negative the next day), and enjoyed the set, I had thrown myself into the improvisation but didn't have the focus for a critical overview - that is, I didn't know if it sounded any good at all!
At first, I resisted admitting, but it sounds pretty good
